Concordium mainnet migration

We are moving trust record proofs from Concordium testnet to mainnet. Existing testnet proofs remain valid — the explorer link always shows the network that was used. New records will anchor on mainnet as rollout completes; no action is required from you.

Common questions

How do I verify a VeritaTrust trust record?

Open the review, tap Verify (or View proof), then follow the link to the public blockchain explorer. No special software or blockchain account is required.

What is Human Protocol?

Human Protocol is VeritaTrust's merchant-invited review journey. Merchants invite customers to share an experience; identity and blockchain security layer verification still apply. Merchants do not control what you write.

What is Concordium?

Concordium is the consumer-driven review journey — and the blockchain network used for public review proofs. Organic reviews you start yourself follow this path. Explorer links show the Concordium network used for anchoring.

Why does VeritaTrust use multiple verification systems?

Invited and organic reviews create trust differently. Dual pathways let merchants collect verified feedback while consumers can still contribute independently — with one public badge: Blockchain Secured.

Does the merchant control my trust record?

No. Even when a trust record starts from a merchant invitation (Human Protocol), verification is independent. Merchants cannot edit your content or change blockchain records.

How can I verify a blockchain record?

Open the review, tap Verify, and follow the explorer link. You will see the verification source (Human Protocol or Concordium) and the public on-chain record when available.

Does every trust record have blockchain proof?

Not yet. Published reviews show Verification in progress until anchoring completes. Only reviews with a completed on-chain record show Blockchain Secured.

Can a trust record be removed after it is on-chain?

We may hide reviews that violate guidelines on VeritaTrust, but an on-chain anchor remains a historical record of what was published at that time. Platform moderation and blockchain evidence are separate.

What happens when Concordium moves to mainnet?

New review proofs will anchor on Concordium mainnet. Older testnet proofs stay verifiable on CCDScan with a clear testnet label. You do not need to migrate anything — links on each review point to the correct network.

Why might I see Ethereum Sepolia in older flows?

Sepolia is used for legacy reward escrow automation, not for the public review proof badge. Your review's Verify button reflects the Concordium proof path when anchoring is complete.

Can VeritaTrust delete a review that is already on-chain?

We can remove or hide content that violates guidelines on our platform, but we do not claim that on-chain records disappear. The blockchain entry documents what was anchored; our moderation policy governs what stays visible on VeritaTrust.
