VeritaTrust's platform enables businesses to connect with customers, gather feedback, and gain valuable insights - providing tools to enhance consumer relationships. We aim to be a beacon of credibility in the digital realm, with our platform grounded in transparency and cooperation among businesses and consumers.
1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2Subscriptions
Certain features of our platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified during the sign-up process. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and keeping it up to date.
3Business Account Management
Business account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4Ownership Distinctions
VeritaTrust provides trust infrastructure for verified consumer feedback. Businesses do not own their trust record profiles but may claim and manage them. Trust records reflect the opinions of individual consumers and do not represent the views of VeritaTrust.
5Prohibitions
You agree not to: submit false or misleading reviews, manipulate ratings, attempt to circumvent our verification systems, harvest data without authorization, or engage in any activity that could harm the integrity of our platform.
6Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.
7Contract Length & Cancellation
Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
8Limitation of Liability
VeritaTrust provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dutch Arbitration Institute.

VeritaTrust may update this Agreement from time to time. We will provide prior written notice of any material updates at least thirty (30) days in advance of the effective date.
