Drive-through order went very well

I buy my groceries regularly from Auchan, and I’ve ordered online for home delivery, but my most frequent use is to order my groceries from the drive-thru and pick them up.

The service works perfectly, you can pay at the kiosk or online in advance, and if there’s a missing product, Auchan deducts it from your bill and reimburses you.

I sometimes have poor-quality products (mainly fruit and vegetables that may lack freshness), so I don’t hesitate to contact customer service, which usually refunds me for the products in question.

I can’t do without Drive today, so I recommend it.
