Very good experience and good price

First time I bought on Temu.com the experience was very smooth and easy. They nearly everything on their platform and at a very good price. The customer service is also good, they have two option, first level AI, and then you can jump directly with an “real” agent which is very helpful, and try to find solution. So Overall I’m pretty surprise by the quality of the product but also the delivery time is good knowing that it’s a Chinese company. I guess they also have some warehouse in Europe which make the delivery time shorter in some case for specific product.
The only negative point I have seen so far, is the discounting and voucher, its too many at once and when you want to use one, they often no available. It would more efficient, to maybe offer less, but with a clear understanding of what I can use and when. Otherwise its sound a bit to gamification without real outcome.
